About this Course
Project stakeholders determine the success or failure of projects. Stakeholder management involves understanding the impact of stakeholders on a project and determining how best to engage them. The learning app is intended to help you develop the following three skills of stakeholder management: identifying project stakeholders, analyzing stakeholders, and developing a strategic stakeholder management plan. In the associated badge assessment, you will use a template to create a stakeholder management plan based on a realistic business scenario. In the scenario, you will play the role of a project manager identifying and analyzing project stakeholders in order to create a strategic stakeholder management plan.
