About this Course
According to the Project Management Institute, 38 percent of the time, failed projects can trace their downfall to inaccurate requirements; 35 percent of the time it’s caused by changes in scope. This data illustrates how difficult it can be to get everyone involved in a project on the same page. When stakeholders have different visions about a project’s objectives, it’s likely to fail—and they’re failing at alarming rates.
This competency will teach you how to accurately and effectively define and communicate the requirements and scope of your projects to ensure yours don’t become part of the statistic.
